The Henry Clay Inn provides the perfect setting for your next meeting or retreat, whether accommodating 5 or 55 guests.

The Inn is located 15 miles north of Richmond and 85 miles south of Washington, D.C. Our friendly staff is willing to go the extra mile to ensure your next meeting is productive and successful. We offer modern conveniences in a small, intimate atmosphere.

Corporate PhotoFor out-of-the-ordinary business meetings, receptions or special occasions, the Inn's Drawing Room is the perfect setting. The works of local artists cover the walls, adding the kind of flair you won't find at a hotel chain.

A corporate discount is given on all of our 14 guest rooms. Each room features Wireless Internet, cable TV, telephones, private baths and a homemade continental buffet breakfast.

Drawing Room
The Drawing Room offers a private area for your next meeting or banquet. This room is located on the first floor of the Inn and will seat up to 45 guests depending on room configuration.  The Drawing Room is furnished with conference tables, a fireplace and opens to the front porch.   Room size:  23’x 37’

Gift Shop
The perfect setting for your next small meeting or intimate dinner accommodating up to 8 guests. This room is located on the first floor of the Inn and is semi private.

Parlor
The Parlor offers a semi-private area for an informal meeting. This room is situated on the second floor and opens to the upstairs veranda.  The Parlor will seat up to 10 guests in a cozy setting with wing chairs, sofa and side chairs surrounding the fireplace.   Room Size:  18’ x 24’

The Inn offers a variety of guest rooms to accommodate your group.  The Corporate rates are $76.00 - $156.00.

Classic Queen or Classic Plus Double

All guest rooms offer Wireless Internet, private bath, CATV, phone w/modem hookup, iron/ironing board, hair drier, coffee makers, bottled water, and a continental buffet breakfast. Suites and Premier rooms offer refrigerator and microwave in addition to other amenities. All meeting room rentals include coffee and water. Breaks will be provided by inn.  Lunch may be brought in by local caterer or restaurant.  Dinners require use of inns preferred caterers or outside catering fee will apply.

Rates apply 8am-5pm Monday - Friday

Half-day rentals based on morning or afternoon rental
 i.e. 8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm.

Nonprofit discount for meeting space is 50%.
Guest rooms are excluded.
