When creating a menu it is important to be unique and provide something for everyone. Our Easter Dinner featured family meals that were available for curbside pickup. We started out with a traditional holiday meal with a choice of Oven Roasted Turkey or a Honey Baked Spiral Ham. Of course we couldn’t forget the delicious sides that make the meal special. Red skin mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, asparagus and snap beans. And don’t forget the rolls. For us, the meal was quite fulfilling. Not because of the flavor, but because of the overwhelming support from our neighbors that resulted in a sellout.
For Mother’s Day we got a little more adventurous. Rack of Lamb, Prime Rib, Lemon Butter Salmon, even a Veggie Lasagna. Whatever your taste buds desire, we wanted to leave them tingling.
As April turned to May, we finally received our long awaited liquor license. We now serve beer, wine, and eventually spirits. We are proud to include local craft beers and wine from local vineyards. It is also always a party with our signature Sangria. This is part of what makes us Ashland’s Own™.
With Autumn upon us, we will be serving up season dishes, drinks, and desserts. S’mores anyone? No matter what ends up at your table, you can be certain it will include the most important ingredient of all – love.
We are looking forward to an amazing Fall Season.
